What if 2 different competitors submit the same modified theme?

  3. admin 2 December 2009 at 1:14 am #

@Paul: I don’t think it’s possible to have the exactly same submissions.

  4. Michael Rowley 2 December 2009 at 5:26 am #

What are the terms? Do you take ownership? I’m dubious of ‘contests’.

  5. Paul Sanduleac 2 December 2009 at 3:37 pm #

Another question: will the themes be released to the public after the competition?

@Michael: The competition participants will have FULL OWNERSHIP of the themes.

@Paul: Yes, the theme will be released to public, but during the competition, as the public will need to download it and test it before they could make a decision.

  10. Senthil Ramesh 16 December 2009 at 10:13 am #

I have come to know this in mid way. Better late than never. I have bough woo themes’ busy bee and headlines recently. Can I mod it and apply here? of only free themes?

  11. Light 20 December 2009 at 1:25 am #

I checked out the commercial theme’s on wordpress.org, but all of them are “crappy” as they do not have anything new that normal free themes haven’t provided. And most of them are so lame that, I’m almost confused whether the people who actually pay for them do have “brains” or where those “brains” are located(most probably in their pockets.. hahahaaa).. Anyway, if somebody can suggest me a premium theme to mod, I’ll do it max. in 2 days..;)
